This policy explains how WHISPER EF processes personal data in connection with the use of the ocean-owl.fr website.

The Ocean Owl website is currently a presentation website. It does not include a contact form, customer account, user account, or newsletter. It may use limited internal audience measurement, without cookies or visitor identifiers, to count page views and certain anonymous interactions.

This internal measurement may record the page visited, website language, event type, certain campaign parameters, referring domain, and click labels such as email, phone, or navigation link. It does not record message content, email addresses, phone numbers, or the full IP address in audience measurement files.

When you browse the website, certain technical data may be processed automatically to allow the website to display, remain secure, and operate properly: IP address, browser type, device used, requested pages, date and time of visit, and technical server logs. This data is processed on the basis of WHISPER EF’s legitimate interest in ensuring the operation, security, and maintenance of the website.

When you contact Ocean Owl by email, the data you choose to send may be processed: email address, name, company, role, message, signature, attachments, and any information voluntarily provided. This data is used to respond to your request and follow up on the exchange.

When you contact Ocean Owl by phone, your phone number and the information you provide during the exchange may be processed in order to respond to your request.

Data may be accessed by authorized persons within WHISPER EF, as well as by technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the website, hosting, email, or telecommunications. The website is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

The website does not currently use advertising cookies, audience measurement cookies, or trackers requiring consent.

The Raleway font used by the website is hosted locally on ocean-owl.fr, without calling Google Fonts when pages are viewed.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you may request access to, rectification or deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your data. Where the processing allows it, you may also exercise your right to data portability.
